Is there an extra charge for set-up and tear-down?

No.  If you hire us for 4 hours and your event starts at 7 PM, the Photo Booth will be ready by 7 PM and last until 11 PM.

Will someone be at my event to take care of the Photo Booth?

Yes.  A professional Photo Booth Specialist will be at your event, the entire time, to make sure everything runs smoothly.  The Photo Booth Specialist will assist the guests in cutting their photos and assembling the guest book.

Are prints of the photos included in the price?

Yes.  Our Photo Booth takes unlimited 4 pose pictures that are printed instantly outside the booth after each session.

Do we get a copy of all the photos on DVD?

Yes.  We will provide you with a DVD of every picture taken at your event.  You will receive the DVD at the end of your event.

How long does it take for the Photo Booth to develop the picture?

It takes less than 1 minute to print each session.

Is there a limit on how many pictures a person may take inside the Photo Booth?

No.  The photos are unlimited.

What if I do not want color Photo Booth print outs, what are my other options?

Color and Black & White are available.

What is the maximum amount of hours that I can rent the Photo Booth?

There is no limit on how many hours you can rent the Photo Booth.  We offer a minimum of 4 hour packages with the option to add more hours.

Is your Photo Booth portable?

Yes.  Our uniquely designed Photo Booth is extremely portable.  It can go up and down stairs and fit in tight spaces.

Does your Photo Booth have a screen on the inside to instruct guests on what to do?

Yes.  Our Photo Booth has a monitor inside that tells guests to press the button to begin, counts down before each picture, and lets them know to exit the booth and pick up their print outs.  It also displays the results of their session on the monitor when they are done. 

Can we bring our own guest book for our guests to sign and place prints in?

We don't allow outside guests books.  We assemble your book prior to the event and our Photo Booth Specialists are familiar with the layouts of the books we provide.  We also bring unlimited pages for our particular guest books to expand the book with all the pictures that are taken.

Can we bring our own funny props for our guests to enjoy?

We don't allow outside props.  We don't want to be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen props. 

Can we provide custom logos or designs for the customization of our print outs?

Yes.  We welcome any logos or special designs for customization of print outs.  We have an experienced Graphic Artist that will create your customization based on your requests.  You will be able to preview your design and make any changes in advance of your event.

Do you bring back-up equipment just in case the Photo Booth stops working?

Yes.  We always bring back-up equipment to make sure we are covered in any event.

Do you travel?

Yes.  We give 100 miles total round-trip from our home office included in the contract.  Every mile after the 100 miles is charged at $1.50 per mile. 

If I cancel my event after paying the deposit, can I get my money back?

No.  By contract, the deposit is non-refundable.
